Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled departure time must be cancelled with the airline directly. FORTUNE DESTINATION MANAGEMENT (INDIA) PVT. LTD. will not be liable in any way if the passenger is marked as a No Show. All bookings cancelled may attract charges levied by airlines. Cancellations must be done as amendments through the portal.
If a credit has been approved, it is valid for 6 months from the date the cancellation was made.
Flight Cancellation Policy
Flights booked on this website are governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare purchased and are determined by the airline (not FORTUNE DESTINATION MANAGEMENT (INDIA) PVT. LTD.). In most cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply. A travel consultant will assist where possible within these terms.
Special Cancellation Conditions
Some air, car, hotel, and tour products may have additional cancellation charges. These will be listed under the pricing on individual pages and clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Amendment Fees
Any amendments made to confirmed bookings will incur a fee, charged per amendment. This is in addition to any fees levied by the supplier or airline.
Credit Card Chargeback Fees
Any chargeback or disputed fees levied on FORTUNE DESTINATION MANAGEMENT (INDIA) PVT. LTD. by our payment provider will be passed to the cardholder. These fees are non-refundable.
Changes After Travel Has Commenced
Any alteration or cancellation of services after booking has commenced may incur penalties. There will be no refund for unused services.
Refunds Policy
All refund requests must be in writing, made directly to us or through the agent from whom the travel was booked. Claims must be made before departure. Refunds for cancellations due to weather or illness must be claimed via travel insurance. No refunds will be made once travel has commenced.
If payment is made twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded as a deposit in the FORTUNE DESTINATION MANAGEMENT (INDIA) PVT. LTD. account within 7–10 working days, after receipt from the airline/supplier.
All refund policies align with the services offered by FORTUNE DESTINATION MANAGEMENT (INDIA) PVT. LTD.. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Reporting of Incidents
Any incidents (injuries, service issues, cancellations, etc.) must be reported to FORTUNE DESTINATION MANAGEMENT (INDIA) PVT. LTD. during the event so we can take corrective action or assist.
